Exchange/ Refund Policy
We do not accept returns unless an item is damaged. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange (if item is in stock).
We do not accept returns/exchanges for International orders and GCC orders.
For exchanges in Kuwait, we do not accept exchanges if it has been more than 24 hours since the customer has received the order. If item was delivered within the 24 hours window, item must be unworn, non damaged, and in it’s original packaging. There is a delivery fee for exchanges (3 KD), and item must be checked by our team in order to complete the exchange process.
